REFUND POLICY

We aim to make your experience seamless—from purchase to refund. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., earrings, underwear, or discounted items unless faulty)

Hoe Refunds work

  1. Return Your Item
    Initiate a return request through your Erryday account or by contacting our customer support.

  2. Item Inspection
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  3. Refund Issuance
    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@erryday.com

Exceptions & Faulty Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a return or exchange and issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
