Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., earrings, underwear, or discounted items unless faulty)

Return Your Item
Initiate a return request through your Erryday account or by contacting our customer support. -
Item Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. -
Refund Issuance
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exceptions & Faulty Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a return or exchange and issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
