Home Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery – £4.95
Guaranteed delivery on the next working day.
Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) – £3.95
Reliable delivery within 2–3 business days.
Same Day Delivery (London only) – £7.95
Available 7 days a week for orders placed before 12:30 PM.
Only valid for London postcodes.
Free Standard Delivery on Orders Over £50
Applies only to non-discounted items.

Note: Delivery times may be extended for Northern Ireland and remote areas.
Orders including large HOME items will incur a separate delivery charge.

Drop Point Delivery

Delivery Time: 2–3 Working Days
Cost: £2.95
Free for Orders Over £50 (non-discounted items only)

During checkout, you’ll be able to select from available drop points and see your estimated delivery date.

Once your order arrives at the drop point, you’ll be notified via email or SMS. Please bring valid ID to collect your package. If someone collects on your behalf, they must present written authorisation along with a copy of your ID.

Note: This option is unavailable for large HOME items.

Additional Information

Age-Restricted Items:

A valid photo ID is required upon delivery or in-store pickup.
Address Changes:

Registered users can update their delivery address from their account—only if the order status allows changes.
